The Bar Method invites the Suffolk Sheriff’s Office to take on the ultimate fitness challenge! This class will push their flexibility, balance, and endurance to new heights.

Sheriff’s Academy Class:
The Suffolk Sheriff’s Office is firing back with their own challenge! Bar Method clients will get a hands-on experience of the Sheriff’s rigorous training, testing their stamina, strength, and teamwork.
